Breaux Bridge

Breaux Bridge has been designated the “Crawfish Capital of the World” by the Louisiana legislature. Crawfish production is a multimillion dollar industry proliferated by hundreds of farmers in the area.  With a 2019 U.S. Census estimated population of 8,262, it is the largest city in St. Martin Parish. It is also home to the Breaux Bridge Cajun Creole Cultural District.
